There're strategies. And there's Youtube. And then there is this post.
If you just follow routines and cyclical behaviors in your dealing with the paradoxes of life, you sometimes find useful approaches/paths or strategies for engaging one or another thing into existence, be it a thing, or an outcome, whatever, I don't wanna ramble too much.
One of my main problems right now, is that Youtube has such a hold on me and my time. My idea(s) have been to take up alternative pastimes, namely gaming and reading, however little or slowly implemented it may be, as long as I can do it. But I'm having trouble. So anyway, I find myself heading into the direction of 'radio,' again.
It's been a long time since I've really paid attention to radio tunes, but I'm really enthusiastic about it now, and I think it may be a nifty trick to supplement some of the Youtube time and hopefully give me the foot-in-the-door I need to finally make some progress in such struggle to deviate from such internet distractions.
I like being able to share pictures, so I'm sharing a picture of the two primary radio's I'll be using in this current venture:
I'm not sure if it's the 'old-school' part of me, but I much prefer a device to use replaceable batteries over rechargeable devices. So these two 2 AA's and 4 AA's respectively. I've had the red one for many years. And I guess when I was inspired to a portable device, the brand was high on my list.
So, yay FM. These both do AM too tho. Just sayin' ;)

[EDIT:]
Had red radio, several (7) years, not really 'many' years. And I've now learned that when I set the time/clock function on both radios, they display the time when idle (just playing music) or when 'off.' hehe, neat
