some time ago, i used to have a simple pedometer i carried in my pocket. i've recently got another of the same type devices. tonight's shift was busy, and I am proud of my count step, so you get a picture/post, hehe.

I think time is something of an element, and that which allows us to enter this reality, and stay for a time. But think i get where the taoists, and perhaps also 'eastern' ethnicities in general, see time as enfolded into itself. Like, time often repeats. Cycles, patterns,
i suppose it's time to get the tripod and gopro out and see if I can assemble some new material... be that as it may, this is what you get for now :x flow is good... i should engage with it more often... oh dear, i miss the
