i seem to moving into this general direction, and i am choosing to share some here in these online spaces:

this is my weights setup -entire
i recently got another 'amazonbasics' 15 lb kettlebell so i have a pair to work with
this is my dumbbell setup as it is right now

last time i messed with working out with weights was when i got these dumbbells. i also got a simple/folding weight/bench at that time, which is folded in my (small) closet now. i don't have plans to use that bench for now tho. anyway, on we go~

the 30 lb kettlebell was a gift, and is good for some stuff. the other weights are to change weights with dumbbells.

the point is, i've been messing with the weights lately, so i am sharing here. I'll share another picture from today too:

I finally added the last 3 or so movements in that brocade/qigong form over the last 3 or 4 days I think. just added the weights today, since finishing the form. but the form is now going to occupy a lot of my energy / effort. I guess I could say I am excited tho, so there is that.
